Zackary came to us looking to turn his brand new off-the-show-room-floor BRZ into a 500whp street machine. Two days later, his motor that had only 1400 miles was removed from the chassis, broken down, and on the way to receiving the required upgrades to withstand 500whp. The sleeves were kept stock but the stock internals were replaced with Arias 9.0:1 Pistons, and FBM 1000hp rods. The engine received new OEM bearings (all sized to spec) and also was fully balanced, blueprinted, and assembled in-house.

For the turbo-kit, AV Tuning & Development once again turned to Full-Blown motorsports to supply a kit capable of 500rwhp. The appropriate precautions were taken in regards to combat heating issues. DEI Heatwrap, FireWrap, and turbine blanket were used in order to prevent heat damage of electrical components and also reduce engine bay temps significantly. The cooling system was also upgraded. AEM Gauges were installed on the A-pillar in order to give our driver full access to his engine stats at any given time.

Tuning was performed via EcuTek on 93 octane fuel.
