At 8psi on a Jackson Racing supercharger was making 250whp. With the addition of a 3.2″ pulley (10psi) we picked up roughly 15whp midrange in 102F Degree Heat as well as 52% Humidity. Layton wanted to keep his set-up safe and reliable so we installed the AEM Water/Methanol injection kit to be controlled by the KPRO EMS System. To keep this set-up clean, we hid all of the injection components and fabricated a custom fill-neck. We were very pleased with the methanol injection resuls.
Run 001 - 250whp @ 8psi
Run 009 - 262whp @10psi
Run 008 - 277whp @ 10psi with methanol injection

Unfortunately due to a few changes Kevin’s car is down on power. Changes will be made to the calibration and hopefully this beauty will be back up in the 700+hp/700+tq markers. Currently it is making 540hp/519tq on the supercharger at 16psi and 619hp/634tq at 16psi and the 75 shot of nitrous.

JF has always been an all-motor guy until a recent drive in a turbo civic. After a few minutes in a turbo-charged car he decided to scrap his NA plans and go with a Turbo H22a set-up. This simple yet efficient set-up uses a stock h22a4 engine, Peak-Boost turbo kit (t3 57 trim Garrett), Bosch 650cc injectors, Hondata s100b, Walbro 255 fuel pump, Koyo Radiator, Spal 1710CFM Slim-Fan and puts out 281whp/220tq at 8psi. Unfortunately the manifold has minor boost fluctuations which is shown on the semi-peaky looking dyno chart. In the near future we will fabricate a custom AV Engineering top-mount turbo-kit on this set-up while retaining AC. We are looking at picking up a little bit more power with our custom designed manifold as well as allowing our customer to stay nice and cool in the during the hot summer months.
