CJ’s SR20det Dyno Tuned – 445whp/334tq

Chris came to us with a very nice stock SR20det (s13 Black Top) set-up with Peak-Boost turbo kit and aftermarket cams which unfortunately had many issues that had to be taken care of.  After fixing the electrical/mechanical issues and fabricating custom intercooler piping, we managed to pick up 30whp mid-range from the previous tune as well as 20-25whp top-end via AEM EMS.  We still have some final touches to make on the dyno so look for a gallery as well as video’s of this set-up by the next week.

367whp/241tq Stock K20a2 Turbo

Another Bone Stock K20a2 making great power.  With our custom AV Engineering EG Compatible Turbo-kit we managed to produce 378whp/240tq with only 11psi.  Extra thanks to our fabrication team (FabWorx) on this custom set-up!  More information as well as a gallery will be posted in the near future.  We also plan on spending additional dyno-time with this set-up looking to make around 450whp on the stock engine.

ME’s ‘05 203whp K20a2 Civic DX

Unfortunately our client fell victim to the latest ‘Ebay Turbo Kit’ fad and came to use with a giant hole in his block.  Wanting more power we removed the shoddy turbo kit with damaged d17 and replaced it with the K20a2 6-speed power-plant.  With a 2.5″ upgraded exhaust, custom intake, stock exhaust manifold, and Hondata K-Pro tuning we managed to make 203whp/155tq.  Specs, Image gallery, and video’s to be posted in the near future.  With upgraded exhaust manifold we expect to see gains of 20-25whp midrange/top-end as well as continuing to make power till 8500rpms.  We also expect the decrease of exhaust pressure to clean up the issues seen at 5500-6500rpms.
