With the addition of ITR cams we were able to pick up a good bit of power at lower boost pressures on this set-up. This set-up includes a custom ram-horn manifold, AV Engineering Intercooler piping kit, AV Engineering Stage 3 block/head, PTE 1000cc injectors, Hondata s300 with boost control, and Garrett T3/T04b turbo. Unfortunately, the turbo is out of its efficiency range above 21-22psi.
Run_007 – 16psi – GSR Cams (312whp/281tq)
Run_011 – 16psi – ITR Cams (360whp/300tq)
Run_021 – GSR Cams – 22psi (389whp/316tq)
Run_022 – ITR Cams – 22psi (422whp/355tq)

Justin originally came to us with only wanting 350-400whp. The plans changed and soon a simple build turned into a set-up that is capable of making 700whp. A few things on this set-up include the Peak-Boost Top-Mount Turbo Kit, GT35R, Hondata s300 with boost control, AV Engineering Stage 4 block (2.0 stroker), AV Engineering Stage 1 Head, Injector Dynamics 1000cc, Walbro Fuel pump, Bosch 044 Inline Pump, Skunk2 Pro1 Cams, and countless other components. Due to spiking issues we were forced to run a 3psi spring which is currently making 12psi and making 413whp/254tq. Due to this mid-range power has suffered quite a bit. Running the 7psi spring would have produced close to 500whp on pump gas around 18psi by 9500rpms. We will be making the modifications necessary in order to stabilize boost pressure first before we tune the application to the 650-700whp and 9000-9500rpm goal that was set.
Run 001 – 3psi wastegate with 12psi max boost pressure (Boost Creep)
Run 008 – 7psi wastegate with 18psi max boost pressure (Boost Creep)

Unfortunately our customer purchased a s2000 that had major mechanical damage. After installing the JDM F20C engine we also upgraded to the FIRST Exhaust Manifold and Exhaust. With the addition of the AEM EMS and dyno tuning we picked up power everywhere with an impressive peak gain of 24whp after 8000 rpms.
Run 1 – JDM F20C – USDM ECU – First Exhaust System
Run 13 – JDM F20C – AEM EMS (Tuned) – First Exhaust System
