We had a chance (2 months ago) to throw our S2000 on the dyno prior to the turbo installation. Keep in mind, we have dropped the engine compression from 11.7:1 to 8.9:1 and managed to pick up power everywhere but after 7000rpm compared to an untuned stock f22c. Below you will also see our set-up compared to a JDM F20c which is not a fair comparison but shows the amount of power picked up from stroking the f20c. Further proof that with a properly designed and built engine that compression is not the only factor into picking up power with NA applications.
Look for updates on this vehicle in the next 8 weeks as it will be undergoing it’s transformation from a low 200whp application to a 650whp street sleeper. This set-up will be tuned for both 93 octane (roughly 500whp) and e85 fuel (650whp).
